Emergency Measure Access Plans (EMAP)

Student: Hannah Gillis

District/Region: Strait District

Event: 2010 Canada-Wide Science Fair

Grade 9 - Chedabucto Education Centre-Guysborough Academy

Emergency Measure Access Plans (EMAP) is a web-page that I created to assist Emergency Measures Organizations in the event of an emergency. This web-page enables the public to upload their floor/building plans, which are accessible ONLY to the Emergency Measures Organizations.

This provides emergency personnel with useful information such as heating sources, dangerous chemicals, number of occupants and room locations, thus resulting in saving valuable time and possibly saving lives.
